Jayne Shillcock

managing Director

Jayne has worked in the Nursing environment for over 30 years, in both the public and private sector. Jayne has gained a vast amount of knowledge and experience in many areas of nursing and has been exposed to many different challenges along the way and continues to develop to meet future challenges. The last 19 years Jayne has worked in variety of different management roles within the private sector. Jayne has worked with the various changes in standards from the inspectorate since they began. Jayne has full understanding of the social care act and KLOE’s and how this is best implemented in order to meet our service user’s expectations and to support and guide all services in this field without ever having a failed inspection report. Jayne has a comprehensive range of advance clinical skills to complement her experience as a nurse manager. With the private sector Jayne has worked with complex projects from designing and commissioning care homes to de-commissioning care home and everything in-between. Jayne has extensive connections with local universities. 

Nathan Shillcock

managing Director

Nathan qualified as a Registered Adult Nurse from Edge Hill University. Since qualifying Nathan has been successful in achieving many roles within the NHS progressing from a Health Care Assistant in both care homes and the NHS to Ward Nurse Manager within the NHS. Along the way Nathan has worked as a Staff Nurse in Accident and Emergency, where he also worked in the capacity of patient experience officer. Nathan has also worked in operational management roles within the NHS and has a clear understanding and knowledge of clinical and operational compliance standards, as well as the need for national and local Key Performance Indicators and Targets and the need for these to be met. Nathan has a keen interest in change management and staff engagement and has been successful in completing a number of projects with outstanding results.  

Ian Shillcock

Compliance Manager

Ian comes with a wealth of experience in management in multiple processes, man management, procedures and skills covering all aspects of HR including absent management, disciplinary, work performance, recruitmentgrievance procedures and training. Ian has an Institute of Leadership and Management level 3 and IOSH Qualification, which include health and safety, risk assessment and the ability to management staff in following correct policies and procedures. Ian has 20 years’ experience of managing large numbers of staff over a multitude of departments, problem solving and supporting staff in achieving their goals. Ian has management skills to maintain retention, efficiency, reliability and quality amongst staff. He has the ability to deliver excellent management of staff, while offering support, training and motivation. Ian is responsible for ensure policies and procedures are in date, relevant and adhered to and staff application processes, training and regulatory requirements are compliant.   

Danielle Bryan

recruitment consultant

Danielle joins M & S Healthcare Solutions with  fourteen years of experience in The Health Care industry and a number of year’s of experience as a Recruitment Consultant.

She really enjoys her role as a Recruitment Consultant and is passionate about making a difference within The Health Care Sector.

When working in The Health Care Sector Danielle has experience of working with the elderly in care home settings and understand the demands and pressures relating to this area.

Danielle loves working with people and strives to achieve and support all individuals and services in their goals.
